Yay! It's PaperTrey Ink Blog Hop time again! This month the challenge was to use polka dots on your card. I used Polka Dot Parade paper and my Swiss Dots embossing folder for the polka dots. The flowers are by Prima. The sentiment "Birthday Wishes" comes from PaperTrey Ink's Butterfly Kisses stamp set. 
Here is a close up of the embossed polka dots and you can also see the dimension that the flowers add. The pink paper is from Bazzill Basics.
