I always make a little something special for my nieces, nephews, and neighborhood kids for Halloween.  This year I made little treat packets filled with Hershey Kisses.  You can find these little bags (2" x 3") at any store that sells jewelry supplies.For the tags, I used a scalloped rectangle nestabilities die and then folded them in half and stapled them into place.
